This includes company incorporation fees in Portugal, one-time payment of government fees, office tenancy contract for a year, accountant fees for a year, Rental contract personal for a year, social security for a year.

Timeline for company incorporation: 1 – 2 months.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: . Once documents are ready, The client needs to come in for one hour on one day for all relevant signatures. On signing,  50% of the package i.e. 4,500 Euro must be paid on the same day.

Pending 50% payment of 4,500 Euro will be paid after successful incorporation of the company.
